Secret Service says has no recordings made in Trump White House

"In response to your request, the Secret Service has conducted a reasonable search for responsive records", the agency wrote to the Journal.

The Wall Street Journal in May filed a request for "recordings or transcripts of any recordings" made after Trump's inauguration.

What's Next: Closing Arguments Scheduled in Yanez Manslaughter Trial
Defense attorneys argue that Castile was stoned at the time of the traffic stop and it influenced his response to the officer. According to Erdman, Yanez immediately told him that he mistakenly said "barrel" instead of "slide" during the BCA interview.

The Secret Service, which has handled recording systems for previous presidents, responded back to the Journal's Freedom of Information Act request Monday.

The claim came in response to reports, since confirmed, that Comey himself had kept detailed notes on those discussions in which, he alleges, Trump demanded a pledge of loyalty and pressed the then-FBI director to pull off on an investigation into Trump's former national security advisor Michael Flynn. "I'll tell you something about that maybe sometime in the very near future".

"Lordy, I hope there are tapes", Comey said.

On May 12, three days after he fired Comey, Trump suggested in a tweet that he had recorded their private discussions with Comey. 'Oh, you're going to be disappointed when you hear the answer, don't worry'.
