President Trump's Lawyer: He's Not Under Investigation for Obstruction of Justice

Russia probe expands to include Kushner's business dealings: report

"He constantly pushes legislation that would take away our ability to defend ourselves against a madman".

"The real problem here is the Russians aren't going away".

The Senate intelligence committee is in the early stages of its probe and is looking at whether anyone involved in the campaign shared information with the Russians, said Senator Angus King of ME, an independent who caucuses with Democrats. No such conclusion has been reached.

Trump's fledgling presidency has been battered by allegations - being dissected both by Congress and the Federal Bureau of Investigation - that Russian Federation interfered to sway the 2016 election in his favour, in possible collusion with the former real estate magnate's campaign team. How could any prosecutor fail to pursue this line of inquiry?

On Sunday, "Face the Nation" sat down with Jay Sekulow, a member of Mr. Trump's personal legal team and chief counsel at the American Center for Law and Justice.

Brooks Koepka wins US Open with 67 in final round
He joined McIlroy (2011 at Congressional) and Tiger Woods (12-under at Pebble Beach in 2000) as the only players to win a U.S. When asked to rate his confidence level, Spieth assigned himself a "B", though he graded himself at an "A" with his putter.

Those very public actions and statements alone cry out for investigation.

He continued, "Let me be clear here, as it has since the beginning, the president is not and has not been under investigation for obstruction".

"Bob Mueller's investigation is only getting started", said Schiff.

In a combative and testy exchange on "Fox News Sunday", Sekulow acknowledged he could not know for sure that Mueller has not opened an investigation, but said he had no reason to believe he had. Apparently, none of the officials complied with these requests.

The president suggested on Twitter that he may have taped conversations. Please visit the original post to view it. Perhaps it does to Mueller as well. President Donald Trump’s closest allies are attacking the integrity of those involved in the widening probe of Russian interference in the USA election, accusing special counsel Mueller of driving a biased investigation. Russian officials have denied meddling in the U.S. election. That is why investigators want to know more about a meeting between Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and executives of Vnesheconombank, a Russian state-owned development bank now under USA sanctions. All he seems to be saying, really, is that Trump hasn't received formal notice that Mueller's looking at him.

Senate Democrat says any WH tapes due by Friday
The reason I ask you this is the memo that was written, the rationale by the deputy attorney general, did not discuss Russian Federation .

Mueller's hires have experience in complicated investigations, including Watergate, Enron and Mafia prosecutions.

"They made up a phony collusion with the Russians story, found zero proof, so now they go for obstruction of justice on the phony story".

"Nothing has changed" since Comey informed the president that he was not being personally investigated, he said. The last reference appeared to be a comparison to Trump's predecessor, former President Barack Obama, whose own favorability ratings were often below 50 percent, although he left office in January with a 59 to 37 percent favorable-to-unfavorable standing.

But it is not. But because none of those positions have been filled by Senate-confirmed people, the job would fall to the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. We need to know what happened so that we can ensure it never happens again.

The president does have the legal right to halt the kind of investigation that the FBI was conducting in the Flynn matter.

Former Georgia golfer Brian Harman finishes T-2nd at 2017 US Open
Brooks' nose and sinus cavity were fractured on the dashboard, and for the entire summer he couldn't play any contact sports. With birdie or even eagle as a possibility to get to 17-under and pass Rory's mark, Koepka nuked one 379 yards.
