Trump's clear directive to his legal team: Fight, fight, fight

"The president has not been and is not under investigation", lawyer Jay Sekelow has declared repeatedly the past few days, only to add to the statement Monday that he didn't know for certain if that was true. "So I - I can't read people's minds, but I can tell you this, we have not been notified that there's an investigation to the president of the United States".

The New York Times first reported that Kushner was weighing other legal options.

The said report stated that special counsel Robert S. Mueller III is now investigating whether the president attempted to obstruct justice. (Can we please get the NYT actually to name a source?) Kushner has not confirmed or denied the rumor but has been quick to praise his counsel, Jamie S. Gorelick, and her legal team.

Up to now, I have not written extensively about the allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian Federation for the simple reason that the accusations are so specious, opportunistic, and defamatory that I did not want to dignify them by acknowledging their existence. This includes possible financial crimes carried out by his associates with or without his knowledge.

Second, while we learned relatively little from former FBI Director James Comey's recent testimony in Congress, we did receive an intriguing summary of the left's new anti-Trump attack plan, based on charges of obstruction, and it is worthwhile to recap just how thin these accusations are. After all, despite Trump claiming that he was thinking about firing Comey for months, it was Rosenstein's memo recommending the move that he initially cited as a basis for his decision.

After one month of evading police, Justice Karnan arrested in Coimbatore
The apex court had earlier even asked the chief justice of the Madras high court not to assign him any judicial work. His plea for review was declined on technical grounds without its coming before the seven judges bench.

"That tweet was in response to a Washington Post story that ran with five unnamed sources", Sekulow said in an interview that aired Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union". As Comey might say, no reasonable prosecutor would fail to investigate in these circumstances.

President Trump now finds himself exactly where he doesn't want to be: under investigation by a dogged, highly respected prosecutor who owes him no personal or political loyalty. If you credit Comey's sworn account over Trump's news conference denials, Trump demanded Comey's loyalty; pressed him to drop the case against Flynn; and eventually fired Comey himself because of his handling of "this Russian Federation thing".

In an NBC interview on May 11, Trump said "When I chose to [fire Comey], I said to myself, I said you know, this Russian Federation thing with Trump and Russian Federation is a made up story".

The White House spent the day clarifying that the President was not confirming whether he was indeed under investigation, but rather was simply responding to the report.

Appearing on the Sunday talk shows, new Trump legal defender Jay Sekulow set out to deny Trump was under investigation (calling the president a liar?).

Kunitz, Fleury unprotected for coming NHL expansion draft
Per league rules , the Golden Knights only need to have 20 players under contract heading into next season. $5.8 million. He was the seventh overall pick in the 2012 draft and would immediately become one of Vegas' top blue-liners.

Trump cashed in on Ronald Reagan's slogan "Make America great again".

What has Trump's legal team said?

In this case, though, Conway and Sekulow are basically saying to ignore the president's tweet.

Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., said on Fox that it would be a "disaster" for Trump to fire Mueller or Rosenstein, or to nudge the latter to recuse himself in an effort to slow down the investigation. It is also true that Trump isn't the subject or target of the probe.

"Well, I think there is evidence", Schiff replied. His spokesman Peter Carr told the publication the Special Counsel's Office has undertaken stringent controls to prohibit unauthorized disclosures and will deal severely with any member who engages in this conduct.
