Teenager 16 found dead in school toilets after bullies called her 'stupid Pole'

Cornwall Cornoner's Court in Truro heard that bullies had called Dagmara "a stupid Pole" and told her she "did not belong here".

After the PE incident, Dagmara had gone to the home of her boyfriend's grandmother.

She said on the first day of the inquest: "She wrote on Ask.fm in answer to a question about what problems she had at school".

But an inquest heard she confided in friends and family that she was singled out over her nationality by a gang of bullies. "We think the biggest problem for Dagmara was not racism but bullying".

The alarm was raised when Dagmara failed to turn up for a lesson on 17 May past year.

A post-mortem examination found that the cause of death was hanging.

Mr Collins asked about a post on Ask.fm from 2014 in which Dagmara said "racism" when asked what problems she had at school.

Mr Przybysz explained "Dagmara had many friends at this school", but they chose to send her to Pool Academy for secondary school because it had a good reputation. "She told me she would have comments such as "stupid Pole".

UAE denies reports on hacking Qatari state media
The officials said it was unclear if the UAE hacked the websites or paid for them to be carried out, the newspaper reported . It continued: "What is true is Qatar's behaviour".

"Comments were made towards another Polish child and Dagmara would always try to stand up to them".

He added his daughter would come home from school and sometimes said other children had made "bad remarks" to her.

She said: "Dagmara often talked to me about her problems and she was hurt if someone said something unpleasant to her".

She fell out with pupils during a rounders game and needed medical treatment after striking a wall in frustration.

'She punched a wall so she could get away from these girls and the school, ' said Mrs Przybysz.

Dagmara's boyfriend told the inquest how they had restarted a relationship just eight days before she died. I am very shocked at her death. "It was me and my wife who did not want to agree to such a move as we continued to think the school she was now a pupil in was the better school".

Dagmara's father, Jedrzej, said in a statement both he and Dagmara's mother Ewelina then left work early.

He added: "This was not true and we were very angry about it".

'I told her to report this and I only know about this from what she told me'.

He said: "It could be that she had problems previously but there was no longer any problems". He added it did not look like she had taken tablets and they sent her to school. Born in Poland, she had moved to the United Kingdom with her family in 2009.

"Lewis said: "(She said) she sat outside the changing room and heard girls saying awful things about her because she had taken PE so seriously.

Mr Dobek said during the drive to the hospital they saw two girls in Pool Academy uniforms and she had said to him: "Can you run them over?", but that he did not take the comment seriously.

The inquest, expected to last up to three days before Coroner Dr Emma Carlyon, continues.
