Britney Spears Frightened During Vegas Show as Man Rushes Stage

The man runs onto the stage

As her security ran to be by her side, Britney asked: "Is something okay?" One posted on social media: "A insane fan jumped in on the stage while Britney was performing her hit song "Crazy" she was a little terrified and asked if he had a gun?"

Video footage from the concert shows a man approaching the stage at the end of one of Britney's numbers during her "Piece Of Me" live show in Las Vegas.

Her management confirmed earlier this year that when the residency wraps up, there could be a possibility of Britney staying to perform in Vegas. Spears' security team stood around her as additional members of security and some of Spears' dancers kept the man contained.

It didn't appear as though Spears saw the man, who crept up behind some of her dancers.

As the "Toxic" singer addresses the crowd at the end of the performance, she's unaware that security guards are dragging the fan away behind her, as he tries to get close to his idol.

Security guards then come toward the star onstage, alerting her to the disruption.

She then asks with urgency, 'He's got a gun?'

After successfully pinning the intruder to the ground, they hoisted him up to escort him offstage.

The 35-year-old was rushed off stage after the altercation and later returned to finish the show like the Queen she is!

While another simply wrote, "Poor Britney leave her alone".

Britney's Piece Of Me residency has grossed over $100 million since it debuted way back in 2013.
