Klopp seems to confirm that Coutinho is set to depart

Pressure mounts as Liverpool aim high

Jürgen Klopp has revealed what he said to Mo Salah to help him improve on his full Liverpool debut while admitting his side's set piece defending needs work.

"I have to accept decisions from owners, that's how it is, and sometimes from players, but for this moment I just have to concentrate on my team".

'I'm responsible for all the other players, not just one, two, three.

"I'm not fed up talking about it", Klopp told a news conference.

"I can not say a lot about it", Klopp said on the subject of Coutinho.

"As security personnel tried to zero in on the houses damaged in the gunfight, militants opened fire again", said a policeman. Itoo was held responsible for instigating the violence in the Valley after the killing of militant Burhan Wani past year .

Liverpool hadn't had the best of lucks in the transfer market, seeing their interest of signing RB Leipzig's Naby Keita rejected by the German club, and also having to apologize to Southampton in an attempt to lure Virgil van Dijk away from St Mary's.

"I don't see any way the club would let Coutinho go".

Klopp, who pointed to the statement Liverpool issued on Friday when asked whether anything had changed from the club's perspective, chose his words carefully.

"The club's definitive stance is that no offers for Philippe will be considered", FSG said, "and he will remain a member of Liverpool Football Club when the summer window closes".

The Coutinho controversy added to Klopp's frustration after Liverpool squandered the chance to claim an opening day victory by conceding a stoppage-time equaliser.

Watford had taken the lead through Stefano Okaka's header from an early corner and restored their advantage through Abdoulaye Doucoure after Sadio Mane's equaliser, before Roberto Firmino's penalty and a goal from debutant Mohamed Salah put Liverpool ahead.

Watford snatched a point in controversial circumstances, however, when Britos, from an offside position, bundled home in injury time.

Klopp was pleased with Salah's second half display following the Egypt winger's club record £34 million move from Roma. "So yes, I am fine with his contribution".

Scoring goals wasn't a problem for Liverpool at Vicarage Road despite the absence of unsettled playmaker Philippe Coutinho but the visitors couldn't keep them out either, showing lessons haven't been learnt from last season. That's really not fun.

"But for us different things are important, the physicality in the beginning - not ready for these things".
