Sikkim standoff: Video surfaces of clashes between Chinese Army and ITBP in Ladakh

The video of the incident, which was posted by a retired Indian Army officer, shown dozens of soldiers from the both sides involved in physical pushing and jostling at the bank of the lake, two-third part of which is under the Chinese control and rest in the Indian territory.

Indian and Chinese soldiers were involved in an altercation in the western Himalayas on Tuesday, 15 August i.e. on India's Independence Day.

A meeting of the Brigade Commanders of both sides was held in the Chushul sector in Leh on Wednesday, and the two sides agreed to maintain peace and tranquillity in the area.
