ACLU Comment on Trump Election Commission Meeting Tomorrow

"This is deeply unfortunate and a disservice to the people of New Hampshire".

"I ask all public officials in New Hampshire to join me in condemning these risky lies, and I call on Secretary of State Gardner to immediately resign his seat on the Commission", Shea Porter said. The commission is also out to prove that Trump would have won the popular vote if it wasn't for millions of imaginary illegal voters. "This morning, on this show, is not the venue for me to lay out all the evidence".

This leads to a major problem ... because state law permits drivers to take up to 60 days to establish a residence in New Hampshire after obtaining a license.

MA is by far the most frequently used out-of-state license among newly registering voters, accounting for 2,246 (or about 38 percent) of those registrations.

Kobach touted the data Thursday in an op-ed for Breitbart, where he is a paid columnist, alleging that the state hosting the commission's meeting this week was the site of "more than enough" illegal voting in 2016 "to swing the election". Connecting an assortment of far-flung dots, Kobach concluded that because 6,540 same-day registrants used an out-of-state ID on election day, and only 1,014 of them had gotten a New Hampshire driver's license 10 months later, then the Senate election was likely stolen through voter fraud.

The Washington Post's Dave Weigel said it only took him about an hour to find and contact legitimate New Hampshire voters who used out-of-state IDs to register previous year. But that doesn't fit the narrative that he is absolutely obsessed with fostering on the public in order to justify voter suppression laws and convince the rubes that any time they lose an election, it must be due to voter fraud.

Hurricane Jose churns in the Atlantic. What's ahead?
As of 5pm eastern time on September 11, estimates from the National Hurricane Center pegged Jose as a category 2 hurricane. On Monday, Hurricane Irma weakened to tropical storm strength, but still brought in devastating winds, rains, and floods.

When the conservative investigative group Project Veritas planted hidden cameras to record what went on during New Hampshire's 2016 primary, it discovered some disturbing information.

Of the voters who registered on November 8 using out-of-state driver's licenses, 5,313 of them neither had a state license nor registered a motor vehicle nearly 10 months later.

If nothing else, the data does offer some more clarity to inform an ongoing conversation about the role of same-day registration in New Hampshire elections.

"If you're here today, you can vote and be gone", one poll official told Veritas.

In response to the findings, key Democrats - such as Democratic Party Chairman Raymond Buckley - discount and reject the new data, insisting that Jasper and the White House are using "selective data and misinformation" to fabricate voter fraud claims.

If you're interested in digging into these numbers more closely, you can check out the breakdown of first-time voters who used out-of-state licenses here, or explore the map below for more details. An individual who was a driver in another state, but moves to New Hampshire and is not a driver in New Hampshire, does not need to get a driver's license. They say it violates the state constitution.

Mino Raiola confirms Manchester United target Paulo Dybala will leave Juventus
And Raiola, despite not representing the 23-year-old, has said that he it will be soon time for him to move on. Paulo Dybala has spoken ahead of Juventus's match against Barcelona tomorrow night.

"Using cherry-picked data in order to support a false claim is unsafe and irresponsible", Woodburn insisted, according to Fox News.

Voting-rights advocates were contemptuous.

The state's House speaker, Shawn Jasper, said in his letter to state officials seeking the data that he meant to use it to help the legislature "in assessing the current election laws and any legislation to change those laws in the upcoming session".

As of August 30, about 15 percent (1,014 of the voters) had been issued New Hampshire driver's licenses. "I think we will find that within that 5,000, there will be many who did not comply with the law".

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who serves as vice chair of the commission, did not immediately comment on whether he supports the idea.

"No, I'm not going to step down, and it's hypocritical to ask me to step down as a member of a federal commission", Gardner told WMUR.

AIMPLB to form committee to examine Supreme Court's verdict on Triple Talaq
The committee would also be required to examine the apex court's order and identify if there are any inconsistencies in the order with sharia.

This hardly requires a Sherlock Holmes-level ability for deductive logic to figure out that the only thing Kobach has really discovered is that college students vote and still have out-of-state drivers licenses.
