Aaron, who is the younger brother of Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter, was arrested for DUI while promoting his new single on Saturday 15 July.

"Because I'm so skinny, I'm still so skinny", he explained.

The pop singer made the announcement on a special two-part episode of "The Doctors", reports the Daily Mail. And that was the biggest one for me'.

The Crazy Little Party Girl singer also spoke bluntly about his prescription drug use, including Xanax and Oxycodone, saying: 'I don't mix medications, I do it to release stress of pain or angst'.
