Cincinnati Bengals Fire Offensive Coordinator After Two Games and Zero Touchdowns

Zampese will be replaced by quarterbacks coach Bill Lazor who joined Cincy last season when Zampese was promoted to offensive coordinator.

The team entered Thursday night's home game against the Houston Texans with a decent shot at winning, but for the second consecutive week, the Cincinnati offense was lifeless.

The Cincinnati Bengals have not scored a touchdown through two games.

A lot of the races are wide open, and there's plenty of room for shocks and surprises come Sunday night in the Microsoft Theatre. Transparent , Big Little Lies , The Handmaid's Tale and This is Us are considered to be the front-runners in major categories.

Green, who has made the Pro Bowl in all six seasons so far in the National Football League, has 10 receptions for 141 yards so far this season, but when the Bengals reach the red zone, they seem to shy away from throwing the ball his way, including on the final possession of Thursday night's game, when the Bengals were driving with a chance to take the lead.

Second-year offensive coordinator Ken Zampese is feeling the brunt of the criticism, and after a 2016 in which the Bengals finished 13th in yards but only 24th in points, red-zone efficiency was identified as the big problem to address in the offseason. Lewis is in the final year of his contract. Woes in pass protection have not helped things, as Dalton has been sacked eight times in two games and clearly appeared off-kilter throughout Thursday night's game.

"We're not getting the results we need to get", Lewis said. Green was blunt in his assessment of the Bengals' play following the game.

India sees threat from Rohingyas' terror links
The ministry has also asked the state governments to identity such illegal immigrants and initiate deportation process. It says that Rohingyas must be deported as they pose a challenge to our internal security, which is paramount.

Green just wants the team to play at the level he knows they are capable of.

When asked if he thought the Bengals offense had been in a rut for the past two seasons, Green said the lack of scoring said a lot.

"I am grateful for this opportunity to serve the Bengals organization as offensive coordinator", Lazor said in a team news release.

John Stones will become 'exceptional' defender, says City boss Pep Guardiola
John Stones says Manchester City have a Champions League "dream" as they seek to conquer the continent for the first time. There was no coming back from the single point haul from the two Ajax games and City were eliminated at the group stage.

"What we need to do - the (offensive) philosophy - is to score as many points as we can to beat the Packers".
