A woman's complaint to Hobby Lobby about cotton decor she deemed offensive has gone viral.

Rider's post generated more than 186,000 comments and 17,000 shares, but many said they thought she was being too sensitive about the cotton items.

"A commodity which was gained at the expense of American-American slaves", she thundered. A little sensitivity goes a long way.

By Tuesday morning, the photo had been shared almost 20,000 times and had 209,000 comments.

There are supporters on the post, but there are many more detractors to her complaints over cotton.

A comment from Ashley Tarrant Thomas, an African American woman, says, "My father was born in 1923 and he actually picked cotton from the age of 5". Get over it. Life isn't all fun and games. Come on people this is a little extreme I had to read the article to find out why it was so offensive.

But a source told CNN that Colbert doesn't worry about criticism, saying " Donald Trump normalized Spicer ". Hopefully, people can go back about their daily lives now that this monumental mess has been put to bed.
