Twice during his speech, Trump referred to Nambia: firstly to welcome its leader, and secondly to state that "Nambia's health system is increasingly self-sufficient".

The American president's remarks were in many ways reminiscent of the 19 century colonialism that saw Western countries plunder African countries' resources for their own betterment.

Did he mean Zambia?
