Law enforcement spent Tuesday canvassing the Seminole Heights neighborhood, shutting down streets and knocking on doors.

Police in Florida have all but confirmed that the man responsible for killing Ronald Felton this week is also the same man who killed three people in a 10-day span last month.

"I've been watching the serial killer news and watching, listening, praying - and for that to happen to my brother, to be shot four times at close range, that's hard", Linda Cunningham said.

'We can't say this person has done all of the homicides, ' Dugan said. "We don't need videos of people".

The October 9 murder of Benjamin Mitchell was the first of three murders carried out in the span of 10 days. Police believe the same man may be responsible for the latest killing and last month's murders

The suspect shown in the newly released footage appears to have the same gait and comportment as a man the department previously referred to as a person of interest. In a security video taken moments after Benjamin Mitchell became the first victim on October 9, a suspect is seen running from the scene. They have released surveillance videos of a hooded suspect after the earlier shootings.

The normally quiet, working-class Seminole Heights section of bungalows and palm trees was sealed off with yellow crime-scene tape Tuesday after the latest killing in the neighborhood — a 60-year-old man who was shot from behind as he crossed a street shortly after 5 a.m.

Dugan is also asking any resident who has a video surveillance camera to check and see if they see anything unusual that might help police solve these murders.

Police finally have a profile of the suspect. He described the suspect as a black male, six feet to six feet two inches, with a thin build and a light complexion.

While the company works on improving its verification badge system, it is taking steps to remedy the perception problem. Such actions would not only spring nasty debates around free speech but could also cause ugly Twitter wars.

The first murder occurred on October 9, 2017. A city employee found her body two days afterward in a vacant parking lot half a mile from where Mitchell died.

On Oct. 19, 20-year-old Anthony Naiboa, who had autism, was shot and killed just 50 ft. away from where Mitchell had been slain. Police patrolling nearby heard the gunshots and rushed to the scene to find Naiboa dead.
