Al Franken has been accused of sexual misconduct again, this time when he was a sitting senator.

Lindsay Menz told CNN that Franken grabbed her buttocks during a photo-op at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010.

Menz said that the interaction with Franken made her feel violated.

Franken responded to the CNN report by saying he didn't remember taking the photo with Menz, but that he feels badly that she felt disrespected.

For those who believe the movie didn't hit the $100 million mark because of bad luck, this is the example they can use. If this story found its way into your feed last week, the assumption you made was probably that the movie wasn't good.

Franken's office says that the senator has no recollection about his interaction with Menz, but it said that he felt sorry that she came away from their interaction feeling disrespected.

Days before, Los Angeles local radio news anchor, Leeann Tweeden, claimed that Franken forcibly kissed her and groped her in 2006, when Franken was a comedian.

Franken wrote in his apology to Tweeden, "I am asking that an ethics investigation be undertaken, and I will gladly cooperate". Menz said that after the incident with Franken, she met Representative John Kline, who asked if they should "mutually put our arms around each other", a different case from Franken.

Her husband, Jeremy, was taking a picture of the two, but said he could not see behind his wife. Al Franken of inappropriate touching. She added, "It was wrapped tightly around my butt cheek". "I was like, 'Oh my God, what's happening'". It was over pretty quick. "It'd be like being walking through the mall and some random person grabbing your butt. Like ew, I want to wash that off of me", Menz said.

Controversial movie Padmavati's release deferred from December 1
A new release date will be announced once the "requisite clearances" are in place, the production house added. The movie was scheduled to release on December 1.

Menz's mother, Jodi Brown, also told CNN that she discussed the incident with her daughter immediately after it happened.

In the photo of Menz and Franken, the side of the senator's face is pressed up against Menz's but the lower halves of their bodies are not shown. Kline couldn't remember the interaction between Menz and Franken but confirmed he was there.

Kline, who retired from Congress this year, told CNN he did that "as a matter of practice, all the time".

She said a friend encouraged her to talk to CNN. Franken's office had been working with her on crafting the piece of legislation for about a year, Honold said.
