Paul Manafort has reached a $11 million bail agreement with special counsel Robert Mueller's office that would allow him to be released from home arrest and Global Positioning System monitoring, according to court documents filed on Thursday.

Manafort, who was indicted October 27 with a business associate, Rick Gates, would be released from home confinement in Alexandria, Virginia, and would no longer be subject to electronic monitoring, according to the filing.

Manafort is prepared to put up the following properties, with the values estimated based on the market value minus what is owed: an eight-bedroom house in Bridgehampton, New York, valued at $4 million; a condo in Manhattan valued at $3.7 million; a home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, valued at $1.25 million; and a condo in Alexandria, Virginia, valued at $2.7 million.

Mueller's prosecutorial team previously asked that Manafort's bail be set at $10 million to ensure that he would show for trial, which is set to take place sometime next year.

A spokesman for Mueller could not immediately be reached for comment.

Manafort and co-defendant Rick Gates have been under house arrest since October 30.
