As first reported by TMZ, the eldest Ball is removing his middle son, LiAngelo, from UCLA. The arrests sparked an global incident as American and Chinese power players stepped up to the plate to get the basketball players released, and all the players involved were safely returned to the United States.

LiAngelo Ball, 19, has remained suspended and has not played for UCLA, prompting LaVar Ball to announce his son would leave the university and seek to enter the National Basketball Association draft next June.
