However, buzz is that Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty's film Temper which is a remake of a Telugu film Temper is slated to release next year on December 28, 2018. This is the first time, Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty will be joining hands for a film.

The movie is said to be a remake of the Telugu hit film Temper. Both Karan and Rohit are also close to Shah Rukh, so they did not want to get into any box office battle for screens with the superstar. Ranveer Singh is playing a cop in the film and his character name will be Sangram Bhalerao. Dressed in uniform, the actor combines Salman Khan's Dabanng sunglasses with Akshay's Rowdy Rathore moustache, with a touch of his own bling to make a very catchy poster.
