Donald Trump accused of forgetting lyrics to USA national anthem

Trump attended the College Football Playoff National Championship Game between Alabama and Georgia on January 8, where he stood up for the national anthem flanked by military members.

But while Trump himself has added fire to this issue, there are legitimate reasons why the president may not have sung the entire anthem.

Mr Trump's supporters said they were proud to see him standing with his hand over his heart, while his critics said it looked as though he had forgotten the lyrics.

"For those grousing about Trump seemingly not knowing the words to the national anthem: 1) He's hard of hearing and 2) down on the field, the sound bounces around a lot and it's hard to decipher the music", wrote one user.

Ex-Raiders player Kato Ottio dies suddenly
Club officials had been furnishing the house Ottio and Albert were going to share when they learned the news. Vikings CEO James Rule said, 'We are devastated to learn that Kato Ottio has passed away this afternoon.

He also sang part of the national anthem - starting, then stopping, then starting again - which led some to speculate he didn't know the whole thing.

"There's plenty of space for people to express their views and to protest, but we love our flag and we love our anthem, and we want to keep it that way". He did not stray away from his lyrics to say something about Trump, who reportedly left before K. Dot's performance.

He was escorted onto the field for the "Star-Spangled Banner".

Prior to Monday evening's college football national championship in Atlanta, fans in attendance were asked to rise for the customary pregame rendition of the national anthem.

Trump's plaintiff cry to Bannon, Wolff - Shut up or I'll sue
President Trump took to Twitter to blast Wolff and assert that he never authorized access. The book quickly sold out in shops in Washington.

Former President Ronald Reagan once said: "I can't claim to know the words of all the national anthems in the world, but I don't know of any other that ends with a question and a challenge as ours does".

Later, Trump took to Twitter praising Pence for leaving the game.

The national anthem became a burning issue of the United States politics in September after Trump's severe criticism of NFL players kneeling during the song as a way to protest against violence towards black Americans. In October 2017, he had also asked Vice President Mike Pence to leave an Indianapolis Colts game early after the players knelt during the National Anthem.
