Super Mario Odyssey Getting Free Update in February With New Outfits and Luigi's Balloon World Mode

In Find It Mode, you will have 30 seconds to find balloons hidden by other Super Mario Odyssey players around the world. It looks pretty cute, and it'll be free so I'm sure players will get their fill or at least have some fun with it. Why not drop them on the new outfits coming to the game?

Nintendo has announced a free new update for Super Mario Odyssey with new modes and outfits. In Hide It Mode you will have 30 seconds to hid a balloon in various Kingdoms.

The free update seems to be a great way for players to continue to milk the joy out of such a stellar title. In "Find It" mode, players have the same amount of time to locate balloons hidden by other players from around the world. Once players download the free update and complete the main story, Balloon World will become available.

The patch will be released in February and will also include three new sets of accessories (sunshine shades, a musician hat, and knight helmet) with outfits to match, as well as a set of new filters for the game's photo mode. By finding balloons faster or by hiding balloons better players will move up in rank.
