LUCKNOW, INDIA-A fake doctor treating poor villagers in northern India for colds, coughs and diarrhea has infected at least 21 of them with HIV by using contaminated syringes and needles, a health official said Tuesday. Choudhary said the state's health department had launched an investigation following reports of a high number of HIV cases on the Bangarmau region.

Sunil, Bangarmau Councillor said, "40 positive cases have been found".

"In these camps, 566 people were examined, of whom 21 were found to be infected with HIV", the CMO said, adding in all 46 people were infected with the deadly virus.

Kenyan opposition politician charged over mock inauguration
The original election in August was annulled by the Supreme Court, which described it as "neither transparent nor verifiable". Odinga's fake inauguration last week was attended by tens of thousands of opposition supporters in the capital, Nairobi.

Top health department officials in Unnao were told about a quack transmitting HIV by reusing syringe as early as July 2017, according to officials and an official memo of health department, but they did not take action.

Tragic headlines were also noted previous year in Uttar Pradesh, The Logical Indian reported, with over 70 children dying in hospital due to lack of oxygen.

ART consists of a combination of antiretroviral (ARV) drugs to maximally suppress the HIV and stop its progression. The camps were set up after several suspected HIV cases showed up amid routine testing at district hospitals late a year ago, he said.

US Trade Deficit in December was the largest in Nine Years
One of the central themes of Trump's presidential campaign was a pledge to level the playing field for American workers. For all of 2017, the goods-and-services gap grew 12 per cent to US$566 billion, the biggest since 2008.

Now, health camps have been setup by the local health authorities to curtail the spread of HIV.

The committee held screening camps in which it was discovered that in the name of cheap treatment, a person had used a common syringe.

"We are investigating the matter and will arrest the accused soon", Singh said.

Broadcom now offers 'best and final' offer to Qualcomm
That offer was unanimously rejected by Qualcomm's board of directors last November on the basis that it undervalued the company. Qualcomm (San Diego) said in a statement that it's board would review Broadcom's proposal with legal and financial advisors.

The UP Health Ministry has taken cognizance of the case and has assured action against the culprits. Which is what likely sparked the small outbreak of HIV. The wife of a daily wage labourer, who stopped getting work after this said they suspected "something was wrong" when a large number of people in the village started falling ill, some with prolonged fever.
