YouTube suspends Logan Paul's ad revenue, blames 'recent pattern of behavior'

PETA Statement: Logan Paul Finds Humor in Suffering and Death

YouTube has said it's chosen to do this after "careful consideration" and because of Logan's recent "pattern of behaviour". In some of his latest videos, Paul has tasered a rat, suggested that swallowing Tide Pods is a good idea, and attempted to monetize videos which clearly broke YouTube's advertising friendly guidelines. As such, the vlogger has once again been bad news for YouTube, with criticism coming over Paul's negative influence.

Paul then chose to change his tune to help people and set out on a suicide awareness campaign with serious videos, but now YouTube has completely pulled advertising from his channel after he posted videos about Tide Pods and using a Taser on dead rats. Logan Paul posted a video where he uses a taser on two dead rats a few times and attempted to perform CPR on a fish that was suffering on dry land... all in the same video. It continued, "However, we believe he has exhibited a pattern of behavior in his videos that makes his channel not only unsuitable for advertisers, but also potentially damaging to the broader creator community".

Jose Mourinho makes a big statement on his behaviour
Huddersfield escaped the bottom three on Sunday as they snapped a five-game losing sequence. It is becoming a dilemma for Mourinho as he tries to accommodate Sanchez.

In the video Paul proclaimed "No rat comes into my house without getting tased!" and then sent 50,000 volts of electricity into the deceased animal.

ABC News has asked Paul for comment but has not immediately heard back.

Budget plan's $1 trillion deficit sours some Republicans
As Senator Paul pointed out, the 650-page spending plan was only made public on Wednesday night, so many details remain unclear. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi voted against the bill due to congressional inaction on protections for DREAMers.

YouTube had never been fully transparent about what channels reached the Preferred level, and when advertisers looked into it they found many videos fell short of the "premium" promise. Now, the vlogger can no longer make money off his videos from YouTube.

Paul made an estimated $16 million in 2017 thanks to ads on his YouTube videos, Facebook and Instagram posts plus sales from his Maverick merchandise range. If you recall, the whole controversy started with Logan Paul making a video in Japan's "suicide forest." YouTube instructs its creators to "use your common sense, don't abuse the site, and be respectful of others". Recent vlogs have shown this, as on February 4, Paul posted a "Castaway" spoof video where he is sporting a beard and saying that he was not disgraced. Advertising makes up a huge portion of income for YouTubers. "You either love me, or you hate me", he said.

Rohingya crisis: Boris Johnson presses Aung San Suu Kyi to take action
The two men face up to 14 years in prison on charges under a colonial-era Official Secrets Act of possessing classified documents. On Jan 10, the military had said the 10 Rohingya men belonged to a group of 200 "terrorists" who had attacked security forces.

It is not known how much the decision to suspend the adverts will cost Paul.
